SegaFlix LMg BioCatalyst
Low Mono-Glycerides (LMg) BioCatalyst is an advanced liquid-biocatalyst designed to reduce mono-glyceride content in Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME)-based biodiesel, enhancing its quality, stability, and blending capability while ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards.
Mono-glycerides, byproducts of the biodiesel production process, can cause filter clogging, poor cold flow properties, and phase separation when blended with conventional diesel fuels; by lowering their concentration, the LMg BioCatalyst creates a cleaner, more efficient biofuel.
This liquid-biocatalyst plays a crucial role in biodiesel refining, improving the stability, efficiency, and blend-ability of FAME-based biofuels with conventional diesel at up to 50%, while also supporting cleaner energy adoption, reducing operational challenges, and enhancing sustainability in the fuel industry.
Test Result

After the catalytic treatment and heating process, the monoglyceride content will be reduced from 0.63% to 0.10% (with 2% catalyst) and 0.10% (with 3% catalyst).
This Low Mono-Glycerides Palm Methyl Ester is an environmentally friendly biosolvent for oil drilling, containing amine derivatives, sulfonate derivatives, and alcohol derivatives.
